A cross-border human-trafficking network is moving people between Poland and Germany. The analysts have call-detail records, vehicle registrations and field reports, but no structure. The case must hold up in court, so every claim has to trace back to its source: who called whom, who was where, whose money moved. The question: what is the operational logistics of the network, and can we prove it well enough to file?
